Shipping and Handling

Postage for Australian orders is FREE for any orders over $150 otherwise postage is weight dependant. Price ranges between $11.95 (for most parcels) - $24.95 (for heavy/large parcels). Postage will be advised at time of checkout based on your order. We ship with Australia Post.

0-500g	$11.95
501g-1kg	$15.95
1.01-3kg	$19.95
3.01-5kg	$24.95

National delivery within 3-7 business days. Regional areas may take longer 3 - 14 business days. A tracking email will be sent once parcel is shipped.

We only ship Monday to Friday, we do not ship on public holidays - all orders placed on from 2pm Friday to Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Buyers local to 4285 can arrange local pick up at Beaudesert. Location will be advised on dispatch email.

We do try to get your products to you as soon as possible however we cannot be held responsible for delays with courier and Australia post delivery times, or delays caused by missed deliveries.

We ship worldwide. Unfortunately at the moment we don’t ship to USA, due to tariffs.

Small note: Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, we are not responsible if a parcel is lost or stolen or tampered with. You will need to lodge an enquiry with the shipping provider.
